they do a very professional job, they treat you like family. I have no complaints about service or professionalism.
Initially a good experience but after my second visit back to Smith's I had them install a tie rod end and do a front end alignment a week later my van was pulling to the left and called them up said it would be a a week before they can get me in so I waited the week I called back and they said they were really busy it be another week before they could get me in so I finally called again to ask about this pulling to the left and he tells me if I would have brought it back sooner like a day or two after he would of did the alignment free of charge but yet he put me off for a month.so I paid 160$ in labor for an alignment. But yeah good service just don't expect them to guarantee their work very long.
