We love the new doctors and the nursing staff. So glad we made the change!
Everyone is very nice an Dr. Walcott is great he is very personable an really listens to you an takes time for his patients. The whole staff seems great. So Thank You to them!!
The front staff are great people to work with and Dr. Msikinya is the best doctor in that office. But there is a nurse there named Sara that should not be working with the public. She is very rude. And does NOT perform her duties in a timely manner. And to be called out on this..likes to turn things around as if it is your fault and lies. Again should NOT be working with the public and supervised when she does. Very unprofessional!!!!
the nurses here are flat out disrespectful of people. Just because it's a small town doesn't mean you can leverage health care over people.
I have had nothing but stellar service at the Rising Sun Medical Center for many years starting with Dr. Scudder, whom I liked very much. I also loved Vanessa. With Dr. Scudder not practicing at RSMC in the same capacity, Dr. Walcott has now been my physician there. Don't have a negative word to say about their service from the front desk, to the nursing staff and the physicians.... They've always been very helpful .
